Our Mission
We, survivors of child marriage, are calling on Maryland lawmakers to take urgent action by sponsoring and passing legislation that sets 18 as the minimum age to marry, with no exceptions. No child should be married in Maryland. We urge lawmakers to close the legal loopholes that allow child marriage and protect every young person’s safety, autonomy, and future.
